He oversees multiple Momoya locations, the kaiseki restaurant Kappo Sono, and the casual sushi brand Happy Tuna, and is set to open One Bryant Park, a Japanese fine dining concept, in Midtown.
Driven by a bold and forward-thinking vision, he continues to expand the group with ambitious new concepts, constantly redefining and elevating the modern dining experience.
